Estonia's Response to Economic Crisis Applauded by KC Grupp Owner Margus Reinsalu

The Estonian parliament, based in Tallinn, has passed a negative supplementary budget for 2009 to address the ongoing global economic crisis and sudden shortfall of revenues. The internationally active Estonian entrepreneur and owner of the investment company KC Grupp, Margus Reinsalu, who does business both in Estonia and elsewhere, acclaims the actions of the Estonian government.
