We also Have Three Plots of land in Bulgaria one in St Vlas or Sveti Vlas as the Bulgarian people call it, which is half a mile from Sunny Beach in Bulgaria.One Plot of Land in the Commercial area of Burgas We also have a four bedroom house in Bulgaria with views of Sunny Beach which can be rented as two seperate apartments We also have a development of three commercial properties one laboratory,two shops and Three apartments in the town of Targovishte in Bulgaria.We also have two Apartments in Germany one in Durrohrsdorf Dittersbach near Dresden and One Apartment in Leipzig which are both very good cashflow Apartments.
